Deep Cleansing & Detoxification

In January of every year, deep cleansing and detoxification become the buzz words of the health and beauty industry. Beauty products that promise detoxifying results may sell very well but you need to keep all things in perspective.

Our bodies detoxify every day with little or no deliberate intervention by us. This is what a healthy body does, it deals with whatever you throw at it, repairing and renewing constantly.
